Things to know before shipping

What is volumetric weight? Why is it calculated by volume?

In addition to being calculated based on the "actual weight", shipping costs also include...
Some items (such as large but lightweight items) will be charged based on "volumemetric weight".

📦 Volumetric weight (KG) = Length × Width × Height (cm) ÷ 5000

We will compare:
• Actual weight • Volumetric weight

The higher weight will be used as the final billing weight.

📌 Weight carry-over rules:

• Amounts less than 0.5 kg will be charged as 0.5 kg. • Subsequent 0.5 kg increments will be charged as one billing unit.

The above is the standard calculation method for international logistics, ensuring that freight costs are calculated based on actual space occupancy.

How can I find out the final shipping cost?

First, upload a screenshot of your purchase order and submit your information using the 0 yuan checkout option. Once your package arrives at our warehouse, we will repackage it, consolidate it into one item, measure the actual weight and volumetric weight, and calculate the shipping cost based on the rates for your selected country. You will then receive a payment link via email. After payment is completed, we will arrange shipment immediately.

How long will it take to receive my package?

Typical delivery time (may vary depending on flight availability):
• Hong Kong → EU Warehouse: Approximately 3-5 business days • EU Warehouse → Your Address: Approximately 2-4 business days

Most customers will receive their packages within 5-9 business days.

What are the delivery arrangements? Will I miss it?

Once your goods arrive in your country, they will be delivered by a local courier company.
You will receive:
• SMS/WhatsApp delivery notification • Or the courier will call you directly

If you are not home, you can reschedule your pickup time or choose a pickup location.

What if my package is lost?

Each package is covered by basic shipping protection:
• We will check with the logistics company to see if the package is being shipped.
• If the package is confirmed lost, we will compensate you based on the order amount/proof of purchase (the maximum compensation varies depending on the regulations of each country).

You only need to provide a screenshot of your purchase to submit your application, and we will assist you with the entire process.

Does the shipping price include tax?

Yes. For the UK, Schengen Area and all EU countries, VAT, customs duties and clearance fees are fully included (DDP – Delivery After Duty Paid).
No additional VAT or customs duties need to be paid upon receipt of the goods.

Do you charge storage fees? How long is the free storage period?

We offer 10 working days of free storage service from the date your first package arrives at our Hong Kong warehouse.

After the 10-working-day free period, a storage fee of HK$20 or the equivalent in other currencies will be charged daily.

To avoid additional charges, we recommend that you send your package to our warehouse within the same week if possible, and submit screenshots of all orders as soon as possible before all items arrive.
