What does a tax-inclusive fixed price include?+
Service coverage follows the relevant route page. Remote-area, oversize, special cargo, special clearance or other destination surcharges may be confirmed separately when applicable.
How are actual and volumetric weight calculated?+
Final chargeable weight is the greater of actual and volumetric weight. We remeasure the shipment after warehouse receipt.
How long does delivery take?+
HKG SHIP consolidation routes normally travel by air and typically take 4–9 business days. Actual transit time can vary due to flights, customs and last-mile delivery; tracking is provided after dispatch.
Can you collect from me, or must I send to the warehouse?+
Both are available. You can choose door pickup or send parcels to our designated warehouse. Warehouse handover is convenient when multiple parcels need consolidation.
